With 4 wheel drive, or a long walk you can access this from Old Kennebunk RD.(dirt Rd) Without- take N. Berwick RD, bare off to the right to Pool's Crossing RD. to Government RD (another dirt Rd. on the right), that is not marked. Dig out an atlas and enjoy these back dirt roads!!! There are not that many left in Southern Maine....especially not many that has this much property that is not posted!!!!
I placed this cache in memory of my husband's grandfather! (ONESIME) He spent time logging here (back in the day) Back then after the land had no trees on it, it wasn't worth much. He used to tell Jeff that he could have bought this land up for a dollar an acre!!!! The fact that this land is still here and beautiful and undeveloped, is worth a cache! We love old cemetaries and there are plenty out here!
The above coordinates will take you to the parking next to an old cemetary.....once there locate the CARLISLE grave stone.....
These are your coordinates for a 50 cal. ammo box hidden not far from the cemetary....

To find AB take the last two digits of the year James Carlisle Died and reverse the numbers...
To find CD take the last two digits that his wife died and subtact 5
Now you are set to find the cache box! It is a 50 cal. ammo box we started it with a Unite for Diabetes TB, a log book and pencil, and several goodies for young ones! PLease rehide the cache as well or better than we did! Also be advised that Signals' go in and out here due to the tree cover...where I hid the cache I was able to walk back to it within 10ft. so there should not be a problem.... (if there is see the hint)
We hope everyone enjoys this area as much as we do! Cache in Trash out...there is way to much trash around here as it is!
