Geocache Description:

THE CACHE IS NOT AT THE LISTED COORDINATES ABOVE. Those coordinates would take you to Kirkwood Community College, but this cache is elswehere. Solve the puzzle to find its location! This is a nice ammo box hide in a lightly wooded area. I selected the "theme" from the various signs in the location area with this theme word on them.

U.S. Department of Defense Directive 5200.9 resulted in the declassification of the code used in the title for this cache and for the method to find its location. Further info at: (visit link)

Using the first link, decode the following words to their English literal translation, then assign a number to each letter of the English word for its order in the English alphabet such as A=1, B=2, etc. and add those numbers together. Then multiply times the number shown. Each final sum will replace the final three coordinates listed above.

Final three North coordinates:
Wol-la-chee = English translation values x 2 = Variable A
Lin = English translation values x 12 = Variable B

North coordinates are: N41 55.(A+B)
(Please NOTE that the N41 54 listed above also changes to N41 55, before adding the last 3 digits. This was necessary to put the fake coords onto public land per Admin's request.)

Final three West coordinates:
Moasi = English translation values = Variable C
Be = English translation values = Variable D

West coordinates are: W091 38.0(C+D)
