Clear Leak proof container hidden in the Desoto National Forrest. Be careful and watch out for Mr. scaly and his friends.
Well hidden covered with pine straw and sticks. The road to this cache is usually well maintained but if you are in a vehicle with low clearance be careful of the potholes that sometimes form on it. This cache is a short distance from the church. It is on Desoto National Forrest land. You will notice the Forrest boundary signs near the church. Many of my relatives are buried here at this church. The church is seldom used any more except special occasions and there is usually no one around. When I was growing up I remember coming here for family functions and reunions. It is very peaceful here also. We use to dare each other to eat the Persimmons from the tree near the picnic tables. I remember a lot of good times in this area growing up. I still love coming to this area and just exploring and enjoying the forest. Be careful to hide the cache exactly as it was found and cover it well also.
