This could be a quick park and grab if you know where you are looking.
There is a pull off area near the cache, but this can be a high traffic area, so be careful.
There are a lot of places this item can be hid. It is not necessary to go near the bridge, water, or the side facing the road.
*NOTE: There can be a great deal of traffic during this area on teh weekends
