Geocache Description:

The cache is hidden along the side of the Elan valley cycle trail next to Pen-y-Garreg reservoir

A nice walk along the the old railway track which was used when building the dams which is now a very nice cycle and walking trail.
Depending which way you approach the cache from you may pass the site of the old chapel which has now unfortunatly gone but Davy boy can remember when it was there and all the pews and organ and also the old gas lamps were there.
When you have found the cache why not walk up to the top of the cut which is accessed from the west up a small path and has great views from the top.
I hope you enjoy this cache as is the first i have set and is my favorite holiday location.
