Blackjohnson Wonka and the Oompa Loompa Cryptogram Mystery Cache

This cache has been archived.

blackjohnson: Since the coveted $1 bill was claimed and very few were coming for this cache, I've decided to archive it. I hope to place new caches out.

Thanks to all who "Took up the challenge" of this one.

Geocache Description:

The above coords are bogus but close to the cache. The real coords will lead you near an inactive railroad track. Keep this in mind while searching for the cache. The cache is a decon container camoed to blend in with its surroundings but something is a little different about it...That's all I am going to say on the cache!...Read on to get to the OOMPA LOOMPA's Crytogram!

In the Movie, Willie Wonka and The Chocolate Factory, the Oompa Loompas sang witty, moralising songs about the mischievous children who had been invited to tour the factory. 4 songs are sung in the form of a simple puzzle which are intended to make the adolescents think about the consequences of their behaviours. The children's behaviours somewhat mimick some of the seven sins of: greed, sloth, extravagence and glutony. Here is one of the song's lyrics:

Oompa Loompa doompadee doo, I've got a perfect puzzle for you. Oompa Loompa doompadah dee, if you are wise you will listen to me. What do you get when you guzzle down SWEETS. Eating as much as an elephant eats. What are you at getting terribly fat. What do you think will come of that. I don't like the look of it. Oompa Loompa doompahdee dah, if you're not greedy you will go far. You will live in happiness too, like the Oompa Loompa doompadee do doompadee do!

The Oompa Loompa had a mysterious cryptography code that blackjohnson has recently stumbled onto. The coordinates to the cache are contained within this code. Here it is:

N 8,21,7,25.13,23,25

W 21,17,13,7,3.19,13,3

This is a toughy for all you crypto-geeks. You may have to use the hint. Good luck!

Oh, I know I wasn't going to say anymore about the cache but I just remembered something. The cache is LOCKED with a 3 number combination lock. In addition to solving the coords you will need to solve the 3 numbers for the combination lock to open the cache. Each number is only used once. It's easy as...(Think Jonsack Vief). BTW, the 3 numbers to this puzzle are not necessarily in any numerical order. So in SUMmary, there are 6 possible combinations but only one solution to the lock. A 1 in 6 chance(16.7%, better odds than the lottery, huh!) for you to open it on the first attempt.

Just for fun log how many tries it takes you to open the lock. That is assuming you can first, solve the cryptogram and second, find the camoed cache. THE FIRST CACHER TO OPEN THE LOCK ON THE FIRST TRY GETS A GEORGE WASHINGTON WHICH IS IN THE LOG BAG FOR YOU AND YOU ONLY! (everyone is on their honor for this)

REMEMBER TO SAY IN YOUR LOG HOW MANY TRIES IT TOOK TO OPEN THE COMBINATION LOCK.

Finally, Please place the plastic bag bacK over the lock to weather protect it and replace camo as found! We have 5 other caches in the area. Most of them are puzzle caches so make a day of it and come and get 'em! The blackjohnson team hopes all cache finders enjoy the teasing complexity of this cache.
