Geocache Description:

As close to a park and grab as you can get with a slight bit of bushwhacking outside your car.

Cache is located in a brand new community. So new, in fact, that there are currently no houses! Roads were paved around 6 months ago and appear to be starting to build houses in the next few months. That shouldn't affect this cache for quite a while as it is in the back of the development. Hopefully they will include a nice playground in the community where I can move the cache once the houses are built.

For a nice walk, park at the entrance to the new development. Should be about 1.5 miles round trip if you do that.

Old container has been replaced with a nice Ammo can.
