This area is open to hunting so come prepared.
Today I archived a cache in this same park and I decided to recycle the container into a new cache. This section of Jakway Forest is going through a major transformation with several areas of T.S.I.(timber stand improvement). As you follow the mowed trail to the cache you will see several signs that indicate when the area was clear cut and then later planted with native seedling trees.
The cache is placed only a few feet off the trail so this would be an easy hike for the wee little ones or the wee old ones. Please replace all the camo.
