Hey there's a park up here! Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Nomex: As there's been no cache to find for months, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.

Geocache Description:

a small green tupperware container

This cache is dedicated to "Hey, there's a park down here" cache on the Pleasant Hill/Lafayette border. We thought this park was so cool and fun, and since we've lived here for over 10 years and didn't know it existed, we thought we'd dedicate another little hidden park to this cache. This cache is in a little hidden park above Strandwood Elementary school. Terrain is a 1.5 depending upon your approach. You can approach this cache from street side, however there is limited parking. If you go during school hours M-F, use the street side, otherwise it's a walk across the school grounds and up the hill before, after school or on weekends. Most geo-seekers will find this an easy hide but there may be some that have to actually duck and look up!
