Geocache Description:

This cache is located on a small island link by a causeway. At high-tide wet toes can be had, but only just.

Eilean Traighte is a small island, which during nesting times is closed for access due to breeding birds. Please respect any signs during certain months.

In the past the island has been used to loading logs on to boats, at one point there was a small pier on the southside, and thus it is that the causeway was formed.

Please when looking for this cache don't disturb the moss and grass. The cache should be easy to find using the clue and spoiler picture.

I hope you enjoy this quick cache and dash. Parking is very limited at the island, but more can be found at the village hall which is clearly signposted.
