Easy off of Hwy 20 if headed East, if headed West, use the designated U-turn area.
Excellent place for birders, but then again, it seems like all of Skagit County is! Encountered a barn owl while placing the cache. May want to wear your mud boots on this one to explore this area, though the boots aren't necessary for the cache itself.
May need to move the cache later in the year to prevent it from being muggled, but for now can be used as a travel bug exchange.
