Located at the General James A. Van Fleet State Trail, Bay Lake trailhead. An easy find whether you're driving, walking, or biking.
This cache is in a standard green ammo box. As this cache is named "General's Cache", this is a military themed cache. The initial contents are as listed: Air Force Space Command patch, Airmen Chevron, Airmen First Class Chevron, three ribbon racks, two Organizational Excellence Award ribbons, an Army man, and a travel bug (JPE14H). Please do NOT place things with SSNs in this cache, like dog tags, unless you can remove your SSN from the item.
The General A. Van Fleet trail is a paved trail running 30 miles between Highway 50 and Polk City. The trail is broken up into three sections with a trailhead at 10 mile intervals. This is an excellent place to enjoy an extended bike ride. Enjoy!
