Could easily be a drive by and possibly easier by night given that great stealth is required. Less suitable for small children and dogs but the park nearby would give them fun afterwards with the 'Gone Quakers' cache.
35mm black film cannister with grey lid. A picnic would not help where stealth is required. I feel many people will suddenly be waiting for a lift.
