Colonial Beach is known as the Playground on the Potomac. I thought it was appropriate to place a cache here, because rather than studying for exams which are tomorrow, I'm out geocaching.
This is a quick easy cache. There will be lots of muggles during the summer, and make sure to pay the parking meter if applicable (the police are quite particular).
