Geocache Description:


This series is a tribute to one of my favorite British Sci-Fi comedy TV show. It will take you to several parks, each stage can be logged. There will be clues in each of the containers to help you find the final. Bring a pen. Please remember to write down the clues.

3 million years after a disaster aboard the Jupiter Mining Corporation ship Red Dwarf the only survivors were Lister, part of the crew held in stasis for bringing a cat on board illegally and a cat creature that evolved from the pregnant cat that Lister smuggled aboard. Also, Holly the ships computer has generated a holographic version of Lister’s roommate, Rimmer to keep Lister sane.

He is the humanoid descendant of a modern domestic cat called Frankenstein who had been Dave Lister's pet cat. He may be the last remaining member of his species, Felix Sapiens. Most of the rest of the race departed in two great space arks to find Cloister (Lister) and Fuchal (Fiji), one of which promptly crashed into an asteroid. The assorted lame, sick and stupid were left behind, although it would appear that he was mainly raised by a blind Cat Priest. The Cat exhibits the qualities of coolness, vanity, and aloofness. He loves to dress well in extravagant clothing, and to dance and scream like James Brown. He often carries a mirror and is meticulous about his appearance. Hopefully you'll be able to catch a glimpse of a shiny cool cat from the cache location.
