Here’s a puzzle that we hope you will enjoy doing. Nothing obscure, hidden or difficult—just good, old-fashioned logic. It happens to be one of our favorite kind of puzzles—something to do on a long plane trip, or in front of the fireplace on a cold winter evening. Now if we only had a fireplace…

We first discovered this type of puzzle in Games Magazine several years ago, under the name “Paint by Numbers.” The numbers along the borders are all you need to determine which squares should be filled in to solve the puzzle.

By the way, the location of the cache may be of interest to book lovers. Hours are 10-2 Monday through Friday. You don’t have to look for the cache during these hours, but you may want to time your visit so you can stop in and browse. Bring your own pen.
