First... Parking for Fisher Park is here: N47 31.829 W121 51.415, one must have a starting point. Then you need a turning point, that big Yellow Gate N47 31.752 W121 51.564, you go up or down.
In this case, you go up 'Just Because'. It's a nice walk and besides you're out for some exercise and a cache. You could get stumped but I figure you will find this hidden, so carefully remove the cover and carefully replace. You will see why.
