The Tumut 2 Underground power station is an amazing engineering construction of the 1960's.
You will find an info area at -

on your way in or on your way out, as well as the actual tourist entrance nearby too.
If you go to the info area and look at the structure, then look above it, you will see where to go for the cache.
This is your typical micro, but with a view and if you dare to go closer to the edge you can see back down to the area you can see from the info bay.
