This cache is located on the hill where everyone goes to look at the Pennybacker bridge and Lake Austin.
Parking: 5300 North Capital of Texas Highway, Austin, TX 78731
The the terrain where the cache is hidden is on an incline, it has some loose dirt and you will have to climb over downed trees, wear appropriate shoes. Long pants are recommended to avoid getting your legs scratched.
There are two trails, one goes up so you can enjoy the view which was the intention when placing the cache. From the view you continue along the river until you hit the fence, walk north along it until it changes direction, then walk east along the fence until you're above the cache. The other trail goes east directly from the parking area and will hit the corner of the fence so you only need to go east along it until you're above the cache.
Stay on the side of the fence that is closest to 360 and further from Lake Austin.
The cache is pushed back into something, please return it as deeply as you can.
I have 2 things covering the cache so it isn't instantly visible when you're near it. Please put them back. Every time I visit the cache they aren't in place.
These two images from 2012 are no longer useful in locating the cache: Old fallen tree & Young fallen tree
