Located within a public park on the fringe of a housing development.
Suggest starting from parking lot using the following coordinates: N 36 41.342 W 076 15.310
We came up with the theme of "Communication" based on 1/2 of our team having worked in military communications most of his life and he's also a Ham Radio Operator! The other half of the team has a degree in a communications related field. He communicates via morse code, 1s and 0s, she communicates in English and French :-)
Cache is a typical ammo can with lots of great stuff. Some cool items placed initially that relate to the theme of Communications include: a Communications TB from the Netherlands, a genuine US Navy key fob, a Diabetes TB destined for Kithaur, India, and most special are a "Where's George" item (cash in the cache means money talks), and a Civil War series geocoin which communicates some local history. We may, on occasion, restock with more cool com related items. Please try to bring anything communication related to continue the theme.
Also, please try to leave this cache and the surrounding area as you found it...use some local camo and hide evidence of human activity to reduce muggle problems and allow others to enjoy the hunt.
