The Encoded Waypoint

Islander sat in the coffee shop. Again. Sipping his coffee, he glanced at his watch. His contact was late.

Never a good sign.

The informant said he had information on another stash's final location, but he was afraid they were on to him this time. He wanted an immediate meeting, some place public but out of the way. A Timmies once more seemed an obvious place. There are Timmies everywhere.

Islander glanced at his watch again, and jumped when his cell phone began to ring. Glancing at the called ID, he saw "G. O. Cacher". That was his contact all right.

"Hello?"
"I can't make it. They're too close. I have to get away. Now. They might even be tapping this call."
"What about the stash location?"
"Here it is. I can't just say it or they'll get there first. I hope you can figure it out before they do."

Islander quickly jotted down the numbers his informant gave, barely able to keep up. Then the informant wished him luck and hung up. Islander stared at the numbers he'd written.

78 52 52 32 49 55 46 50 49 48 13 87 54 52 32 51 51 46 50 51 54

Getting an idea, he plugged them into his laptop and set to work. It wasn't long before a waypoint appeared on the screen. Islander grabbed his coffee and headed for his bike.
