B & B for TB's Multi-Cache

This cache has been archived.

short o' cache: First I would like to apologize to the owners of the Travel Bugs and the Geo Coin which were in this cache. These items are all missing and will probably be lost forever.
I went out to check on stage two today after receiving requests for clues. When I could not locate stage 2, I looked for the rest of the stages. I found that only one of the six stages was in existence and that it was somewhat degraded from it's original state. The final stage was still in it's proper place, but every bit of it's contents had been removed. All the TB's, coins and even the log book were missing. All that remained was the cache container. I can sympathize with the loss as two of those TB's were mine and they had not even gotten a chance to move anywhere yet. It seems the planet is populated with more than enough uncivilized muggles.
Obviously, I will not be replacing this small series. Once again, sorry to bring this bad news to the caching community, but this sort of thing seems to be on the increase around here. I have lost at least a half dozen good caches to this type activity in the past several months. I hope this does not continue to happen.

Cache Safely,
Short o' Cache :-}(

How Geocaching Works

Geocache Description:

This cache consists of six stops (within a circle about 3/8 mile in diameter) to gather puzzle pieces, then a final cache with a log book and (hopefully) plenty of Travel Bugs. The intent is to provide temporary lodging for the TBs, then get them on their way again quickly. Please bring some for trade.

This cache can be done on foot, once you arrive in the area, if you want that much exercise, but be very careful of vehicle traffic if you choose to approach the cache this way. The area has a very high volume of muggle traffic, mostly in cars and trucks. The majority of the stops along the way to solving this are relatively unexposed to the public, but some are more conspicuous than others. For that reason, please try your best to be invisible so as to protect these stages for future cachers.
The coordinates above are for stage #1, where you will find coordinates for stage #2, and so on until the final. There is no log at any of the first 6 stages, just the puzzle pieces. These pieces are not to keep or move. Each piece must be replaced exactly as it was found, so the next cacher will have an equal challenge at reaching the conclusion of this cache. Each puzzle piece will provide you with some pertinent information regarding the location of the final cache, so be observant. You may want to have a pencil and paper along, but I promise, no troublesome math or grammar will be involved.
With only two exceptions, all of these locations are quite civilized in nature, from a terrain stand-point. However, those two exceptions may involve some thorns and/or other vegetational conflicts, depending on your approach, so be warned. This is not a good wheel-chair cache either, even though it is mostly flat and many of the stages would be considered cache-and-dash if they were stand-alone.
Although this cache is available 24/7/365, be careful how you behave or you may attract unwanted muggle attention. Flashlights and night crawling are not reccommended and could get you into areas where you shouldn't be. You will understand once you begin this endeavour.
There are plenty of places to top off your fuel tank or tummy while you are here, so come on out and enjoy the hunt, while helping a lonely TB find some friends at the same time.
