I made a proposal on the Wisconsin Geocaching Association website suggesting that we place geocaches with the intent of turning geomuggles (non-geocaching folk) into geocachers. That is the purpose of this cache! Meet the Muggles.
I've placed this cache in an area that is frequented by muggles. Many, man muggles and muggle mutts meander past this location constantly. Tell them why you're here. Tell them what you're doing. Stop hiding!
