I have had recent logs that the cache is there but needs maintenance. To the next person that finds it, will you please pick it up and take it with you? It will be yours to keep. Same ammo can, but now located in the Glamis dunes' washes.
The is the Sand Sports Cache revised. The original Sand Sports cache was buried by the dunes, but has since been recovered and placed where it won't be affected by shifting sand.
Same ammo box, located in the washes before the dunes. Appropriate transportation such as dune buggy, jeep, motorcycle or ATV will assist you in geting there.
This cache is dedicated to all Sand Sports enthusiasts, including those with buggies, ATVs, jeeps, dirt bikes, UTVs, off-road trucks, etc.

Other miscellaneous "cache trash"
If you take something, leave something in return.
Take your picture, but leave the camera in the cache when you're done. And most importantly, please sign the log.
A reminder-do not trade any food or candy-related items. Also, no weapons or alcohol.
