CM-14: I decided to go and check on this tonight in the interest of any TBs that may be lost if the cache were to go missing. Gwen509 found it in its normal position, however the forces of nature and/or construction had placed MUCH more debris over it that there was originally. Do to the impending construction, I am going to archive this. What little work that they had already done almost took this out.
