This is the first of our micro caches located at one of the many parks or beach accesses along Ocean Blvd. This first cache is located in Anderson Park at 20th Ave in Myrtle Beach.
We are starting a series of micro caches up and down Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach at either one of the beach accesses or parks which has a walkways to the ocean. We are hoping this will bring people to these lovely spots, as they have been some of our favorites just to go to and sit and relax and they have been for many years.
The cache is a small cammoed tube.
This particular cache is not hidden the same as the others as it was not possible to do so here as we tried it and it was muggled twice. When your seeking this cache you may want to bring your chess or checker set as they have the tables available to play on. You could also just come and sit and swing in one of the many swings with your sweetie and enjoy the lovely view of the ocean or enjoy a picnic lunch.
Please return the cammoed tube to its original hiding spot so it cannot be seen or muggled as this park is very very high traffic during the summer months.
BYOP as then cache contains a log only and you do not have to go on private property or on the dunes to find this cache.
Parking may be a problem at certain times of the year as there is no parking at this park proper like the other beach accesses and parks. There is parking along Ocean Blvd right at the park but that parking is limited to the months of October 1st to February 28th. At other times you will have to park on one of the many adjacent side streets or in the parking lot adjacent to the park.
