Dal centro di Albavilla (alle spalle della chiesa) seguire le indicazioni x 'Buco del Piombo', parcheggiare a : 45°48.73 N - 9° 12.16 E. L'itinerario è un pò impegnativo, circa 3 km con un dislivello di 190 mt, percorribile anche in mountain bike (con discreto allenamento), con strappi anche al 20 %. Si potrebbe proseguire in auto fino ad uno spiazzo prima dello sterrato, meglio se in fuoristrada o auto non troppo grande, (circa 1.5 km dal parcheggio), infatti la strada è molto ripida e stretta, sconsigliata se bagnata, ma non proibitiva (anche a piedi, con un minimo di allenamento).
