Bison tube hanging
Cache is located across the Stadium Trace Parkway from the lower parking lot of the Hoover Metropolitan Stadium, home of the Birmingham Barons baseball team. It is a small cache hidden especially for your entertainment.
I entered the cache area between the "No Parking" sign and the rich Corinthian leather tree (help me out, Bob), using the manhole cover as a stepping stone. The cache is rated as a '3' terrain due to the steeply elevated approach along with the deep pine straw ground cover. When I first placed the cache, there was a rocket nearby on the ground, probably remnants of the Friday night fireworks after the Barons games. It is long gone, I think. Who knows? Happy hunting!!!
