This Cache is definitely best attempted by car, unless you’re a die-hard hiker!
The locations of the clues and their views are good illustrations of the conflicting relationships between heavy industry and the natural beauty & history of the area.
You are going to need to use the 4 clues hidden & the hints below to find your way to the final ‘target’ Cache.
Each clue is inside a small round plastic tub and will supply you with a piece of the coordinates for the target Cache, as well as the coordinates for the next clue.
Be sure to close, wrap and hide the clues well after you made a note of the information you need.
The first clue titled ‘Brownslate’ is at the above mentioned coordinates.
It’s directly behind the Footpath signpost, on top of a heavily foliated wall.
Clue 2 is hidden under a pile of rocks to the left of St Marys’ wooden arch.
The third clue can be found under the fallen gravestone of William & Martha Jenkins, please be respectful when looking for this one.
Your final clue is under a black rock, between 2 fenceposts.
Once you have found the 4 clues, you will have all the pieces of the coordinates for the target Geocache.
Original contents of cache = Simpsons notepad & pen, 2 toy cars, stamps & stamp pad, bicycle lightning shaped reflector, eraser & sticky ninja star toy.
