Rosie loves to color. Actually, she loves
to do all sorts of crafts. Rosie decided to make a cache for
all the kids out there who like to color.
Here's the twist: In the cache, you will find a
"community drawing" and some crayons. Add something to the
community drawing, and leave it in the cache! Together, we can all
create a geocacher's coloring masterpiece! Rosie has started it
out. Everybody add something, and let us know when the page is
getting full. Then I'll replace it, and post a photo of the
masterpiece!
There is also a bag in the container, full
of arts and craft supplies for trade. Bring something, take
something!
There are picnic tables nearby -- feel free to
use them for making art!
Cache is only accessible from inside Baylands Park. From the
Sunnyvale Baylands home page:
The park gate is open every day from 8:00 a.m. to one half hour
after sunset. During the off-season of November through April there
are no parking fees. From May through October there is a single car
entry fee of $5.00... We encourage carpooling and there is no
charge for pedestrians or bicycles. To protect wildlife, pets are
not allowed in the park.
