Turn off San Rafael Valley Road at N 31.27.464 W 110.40.101, then take the right hand dirt road (rough) up to a trail head located at N 31.27.269 W 110.40.350. From the trailhead, it is a 20-minute hike in the hills with altitude gain of about 200 feet. Two or three up and down hills to get there. Enjoy the views
This cache was placed to mark the location of the "Land of No" VW bus campout, 2007. This event is scheduled in mid-winter to allow people to come to a warm place to camp and socialize. Thirteen buses and 23 people attended and a good time was had by all.
The cache is a medium sized lock-and-lock container stocked with log book and pencil, instructions, and toy cars for the kids. Congrats to sumsnickdawg on the FTF!
