Cup Marked, is next to a beautiful cup-marked rock. There are more cup-marked rocks up at the top of the hill next to it, and a couple of Lochans too.
This is another cache placed as part of the Argyll Winter Cache Bash. 2007.

If coming by car its best to park in Ardfern and then walk approximately 1 km to the south of the village, turning off to the right @ heron cottage and up past the Goose farm 'Corranmor' and then follow the track over towards Barrackan.
The cache links up with a trigpoint, 'Castle of the Ravens', 'Bagh Dail nan Ceann Cairns' and 3 Stones of Dun Ailne. If, your doing 'Cailean's Cache' you'll end near here, and likewise 'Lairds Challenge Cache'.
Walking down the estate is not a bad idea...lool... if your hardy.
Its an easy cache but for the walking.
