The cache is hidden near Repulse Bay in the Southern District of Hong Kong Island.
Repulse Bay is a beautiful beach suitable for swimming and is VERY crowded in summer. It is one of the most popular tourist sightseeing spots on Hong Kong Island.
Near one end stand two large statues of Kwun Yum and Tin Hau;
at the other end, the Seaview Promenade leads to Deep Water Bay.
The hiding place can be easily accessed and no dangerous actions are necessary.
PS: "Blue is the Color" is the name of an album by "The Beautiful South".
