Yep, you guessed it, a Cat House. Now a dilapidated dried out skin and remains of what used to be a legitimate (obviously) Nevada business. Julia was an active, although minor figure in Virginia City's early days. After her brutal murder in 1867, resulting in the hanging of the alleged killer the following year, She became a legend. The myth-makers continue the tale weaving to this day despite the facts.
