ROCK CREEK SPRINGS STAGE DEPOT
Rock Creek Springs was a stage depot on the "Ft. Supply - Ft. Elliott Military Road". It was located just south of this cache. Not much is known about this depot, except it had a dugout, corrals, and a few tents. Please take a few minutes and try to imagine what this country was like in the mid 1800's.
