Placed in a now "quiet area". But 100 yrs ago. was very much alive
with the sound of prospectors & their families. This general
area was once a thriving city, but now downgraded to a mere town on
the Western Highway. If entering from the highway from the NW
corner, cache is 5.1/2 kms. off the beaten track. Wildlife abounds,
on every gravel track. The cache is a 750ml. round screwtop plastic
container. Please use the usual care when retrieving the cache.
This area is sometimes used by 'off roaders' bikes & 4x4's.
