Geocache Description:

McGee Hill Cem.

This is a long forgotten cemetery of the old family of McGee's that pioneered this area. The McGee bend of the Angelina River was named for them, and Sam Rayburn Res. was originally going to be named "McGee Bend" something like "Toledo Bend Res" was, but was changed to honer Sam Rayburn a very prominent Texas politician. There's a dim road to it not far off RR 255 so its easy to get to it while visiting the Dam.
