Geocache Description:

This is a camo’ed Loc-n-Lock approximately 8”x 5”x 4”

For my first cache, I wanted it to be special. So many caches have trade items in them that are just disappointing, things that can't even be given away at a garage sale. I wanted this to be different. So, inspired by my friend Donna Cohen, whose life and business are based in the “Fair Trade” movement, I decided to place a Fair Trade cache.

The cache container holds several Fair Trade items. My wish is that to trade, you must do so only with another Fair Trade item. If you just want to sign the log and not trade, that’s okay, too.

The cache is on private property, with the permission and support (not to mention the excitement) of the owners, Donna and Alan. If you have time, stop in and say hi - and if you have any questions about what Fair Trade is, they'll be happy to chat! They might even ask YOU some questions about geocaching! “Happy” hunting!
