"On Hickman W" is a series of caches highlighting bridges over West Hickman Creek. This creek is one of the most beautiful urban creeks you'll find, with several creekside parks, wild floodplains, forests, and houses. Wildlife abounds, even in the developed areas, including fish, ducks, geese, hawks, beaver, turtles, raccoons, oppossums, and deer. Several of the bridges include colorful and artistic graffiti. After a rain, West Hickman Creek is canoeable from just below the dam spillway (N37 59.976 W084 28.377) on. Most of the caches are right at water's edge, elevated to protect from average flooding. Be careful not to wade or swim inadvertently, though there are no nearby dangerous rapids.
Pull-offs on East of bridge are small, be careful.
