We will be meeting at the ranger station at 9:30 a.m. N 34 11.138 w117 10.885 and at 10:00 a.m. the ranger will give us instructions on what and where we will be cleaning and also how to protect ourselves from getting hurt while lending a helping hand. The event will last from 10 am to 1pm on with prizes awarded afterwards for various categories. A forest adventure pass is required and can be purchased from the ranger station. Our trashy crew from last year! If your arriving late take 1N09 at these coordinates N 34 10.589 w117 09.245 and head East till you see the crew. Donations: IEcachers.com Gold/Black Geocoins IEcachers.com Silver/Black Geocoins Ammo Cans jr high scifi CITO Coins jr high scifi Jeep Hats from Redlands Auto Center T-Shirts from Toyota of Glendora Leather GPSR straps from Altigenman To donate items for the please contact jr high scifi via the geocaching website. Come one come all and help clean up the San Bernardino Forest. There are plenty of caches near by to get before or after the event. This will be an active event so make sure you bring something to drink and something to protect you from the sun. If you have work or gardening gloves bring those. If you have those trash grabber/picker-uppers those are great because the Forest Service has a very limited number of them. In the past the rangers provided the heavy duty trash bags for our CITO events. We cache in this area, use the roads to get to Big Bear and other mountain cities and caches so let’s give a little back and help Mother Nature! Hope to see you all there! Please RSVP early so I can give the ranger a rough number of people so they can give us an area big enough or small enough for our group!! Thanks see you soon! Happy caching!
