This cache is located in the Merrymeeting Fields Preserve, Woolwich Maine. There are a couple of well mark trails. The preserve was opened Aug. 2006. The land was a gift to the Lower Kennebec Regional Land Trust by Eleanor Burke, with instructions " to maintain the property's open space, forests, woodlands and varied habitats. Right now the parking is on the side of a very quiet dirt road. The level of difficulty is due to the snow. We snowshoed the trails.
The cache is a small lock and lock container. It has a log book, pencil and a couple of other trade items. Please replace as it was found.
