Are you seeing the 3rd dimension?.
I have always been intrigued by graffiti art and the shady
characters who create it. Perhaps because the act of creating it is
a rebellious act against authority or because of its many hidden
meanings, be it territorial marking or social commentary, it
becomes even more compelling to me than fine art hanging in an
upscale gallery. And I'm not talking about the rapidly scribbled
gang stuff, either. I'm talking about the practiced and detailed
graffiti art that you might see in places like New York and
LA.
I'm not exposed to much of it around here in the valley and maybe
that's why it has even more impact as I view it through my own
experience filter.
To solve the puzzle, you'll need to determine the final coordinates
from the picture above using what should be an obvious filter. This
is an actual picture of graffiti in Appleton, slightly enhanced for
viewing.
Once you find the final, you will also find special instructions
detailing some nearby potential viewing locations .
You may elect to complete an additional logging request by
taking a close-up photo of any graffiti art in Appleton, the Fox
Cities or, if you're from out of town, anywhere in Wisconsin.
Upload the picture and log the find telling us where you spotted
the street art. When composing your picture, try to single out one
unique element. I'd prefer not to have wide panoramic shots of the
same graffiti areas for the sake of keeping their locations
ambiguous.
