Park your vehicle in the public parking area just West of the cache. Make yourself look like a grounds keeper/gardener or inspector of some sort. (You could carry a hoe, shovel or a clip-board like one local cacher often does.) Lots of places to hide a cache so you may need the clue unless you are a real professional, top-of-the-line geocacher.
