CBI stands for Celebrate Belle Isle which is an extension of the Celebrate Detroit caches. CBI is our way to make it easier for cachers to find our Belle Isle caches in their PDA’s. It is our fondness of the good that can be found in Detroit that motivates our placement of caches on the island. We hope you enjoy these caches and the island. The island can be a very busy place so keep in mind the muggle factor is high. So stealth is important, know who is around the area.
This is the most shallow body around the island. About 2 feet in depth, and specially built for model boat racing. Hand built Sailing ships that built by the youth of Detroit are what the pond was built for. Many memories of watch the races here each spring.
The cache is a 2 stage multi with the first stage being co-ords to the final that is a tennis ball container.
