Geocache Description:

This is a fun little cache that the puppymonster and I have decided to put together. We have been all over these woods looking for cool spots. Instead, we came up with something rather twisted.

At the first location, you will find a bison tube. It is pretty much in plain site. Please leave it that way. I think you will find the first location rather twisted. Please post no spoilers about the first location. Let the next finder be as surprised.

The second location also contains a twist, but it is inside the ammo box. Way back when, I removed the first Magellan cache hide (with Magellan's permission) since it was in an NPS area. When I got it, there was a plastic grocery bag around it and it was soaking wet. I dried it slowly and what you see is what was left. I have placed it inside this ammo box, with a few trade items that were left from the original Magellan placement inside the treasure box. DO NOT REMOVE THE MAGELLAN TREASURE BOX AND TAKE IT WITH YOU. Leave it for all to enjoy.

Another twist is that such a wild and scenic location is so close to so much civilization. There are no trails to the final cache per se. You can find some deer trails and fisherman trails back there if you look around. Otherwise, you can enjoy the geese and the ducks and the frogs near the water. You can get some great photos out here.

J.C. and I hope you like this area we have pretty much had to ourselves. Enjoy our twisted little cache.
