Geocache Description:

A short walk inside Wheatley Wood, Rayleigh, Essex.

The cache is a small plastic food box and is suitable for smaller size travel bugs and other small items. PLEASE NOTE - WEAR LONG SLEEVES AND TROUSERS DURING SUMMER MONTHS TO AVOID NETTLE STINGS.

Wheatley Wood is a newly created woodland area managed by the Woodland Trust. More information about the wood can be found at (visit link)

Best acccess to the wood is via the footpath at location N 51 35.489 E 0 35.258 (opposite no 35 Bardfield Way, Rayleigh)
