Geocache Description:

Columba's Chapel

The ruined chapel W. of the track from Stillaig is early Christian and perhaps 800 years to 1400 years old. Where once a follower of Columba may have preached, only turf covered footings (8 x 7m) remain as witness. These scanty remains occupy a turf walled enclosure about 30m accross.
