The listed coordinates will take you to a wooden circular fishing wharf. Count the number of boards that are sloping down. Use this number times 8 to get the degees in true to the final geocache. Also use this number times 48 to get the distance in feet to the final geocache.
Part two can actually be retrieved and logged, while sitting watching the muggles go by. The container is a small altoid container holding a logsheet and a couple of small pencils. It is held in place with magnets. Please don't drop the container in the pond!
