This is the micro of all micros!! Initial ONLY!! Geo-Tweezers a must. Surprizingly easy to spot!! Believe me!

Bob has sobered up from binge drinking in Upland and has decided to prove he hasn't pickled all his smarts by presenting this puzzle. He's pretty clean cut now; no more rough edges. A few of his best friends have elevated him in celebration of his recovery and graduation from A.A. Solve this perplexing puzzle and come visit Bob and his buddies!! He would really appreciate the support!! Just be sure you place Bob back as you found him; up on his friends shoulders and proudly displaying his cool tattoo!
