Right off FS1800. This cache is not located on Hess Knob, but on
the road that goes around it. You are looking for an ammo can,
hidden in the usual way, should not be hard to find, there has been
recent logging here so there is a good view of the valley and the
next ridge from here. FS 1800 is about an 18 mile trip from Hwy 123
N in Johnson County to Hwy 164 in Pope County. It is a well
maintained road, no 4 wheel drive is required, although I would not
recommend small cars with low clearance. Enjoy
